摘要
目的观察小腿外侧穿支皮瓣修复手背皮肤软组织缺损的效果。方法随机选取我院手背皮肤软组织缺损患者35例作为研究对象。患者中大部分皮肤软组织缺损严重伴有骨外露,采取游离小腿外侧穿支皮瓣移植修复。结果 35例患者中皮瓣存活34例,1例由于皮瓣远端的静脉回流出现障碍而失活,存活率高达97.14%。根据修复后的手部的功能评定,18例优,13例良,3例可,1例差。移植手术后,34例均I期愈合,2例发生切口感染,经适当药物治疗后痊愈,5例出现皮瓣臃肿。结论游离小腿外侧穿支皮瓣修复手背皮肤软组织缺损疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of flee lateral leg perforator flap for repairing soft tissue defects in the back of the hand skin. Methods Thirty-five patients with soft tissue defects in the back of the hand skin were selected as research subjects. In the majority of patients, soR tissue defects were severe and with bone exposure. Free lateral leg perforator flap was applied to repair the defects. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The flap survived in 34 patients, and deactivated in one patient due to obstacles in flap distal venous return. The survival rate was up to 97.14%. According to the assessment of hand function after repair, the efficacy was excellent in 18 cases, good in 13 cases, fair in 3 cases, and poor in one case. After transplantation, 34 patients achieved Phase I healing. Two patients suffered wound infection, and were cured after proper medication. Five patients shoed flap swol- len. Conclusion Free lateral leg perforator flap can effectively repair soft tissue defects in the back of the hand skin.
