摘要
目的:探讨尤靖安(重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅠ)的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2008年1月至2011年12月期间经阴道镜及宫颈活检明确诊断的66例CINⅠ患者,分为A、B两组:A组33例予尤靖安阴道用药3个疗程(3个月经周期),B组33例行微波治疗,然后比较两组的临床疗效及症状改善情况。结果:经治疗后,A、B两组的临床疗效及症状改善情况比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。A组症状用药后第1个月和第3个月比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:尤靖安不仅使用方便,副反应小,而且疗效与微波等物理治疗相似,故对于年轻未生育及医从性好的患者,我们建议使用尤靖安治疗。
Objective： To study the JingAn especially（recombinant human interferon α-2b gel） treatment cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of getting（CIN Ⅰ） clinical curative effect.Method： Choose from year 2008 1 December 2011 the vagina during the mirror and cervical biopsy diagnosis of 66 cases Ⅰ CIN patients,A and B are divided into two groups： group A 33 cases to JingAn vaginal use three especially treatments（three menstrual cycles）,group B and routine microwave treatment,and then compared with two groups of clinical efficacy and symptoms improved.Results： After treatment,A,B two group of clinical efficacy and symptoms improved comparison,there was no significant difference（P 0.05）.A group of symptoms after the first month and 3 months more,significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Especially JingAn not only convenient use,small side effects,and microwave and curative effect of physical therapy similar,so for young did not bear and medical patients from good sex,we suggest using especially JingAn treatment.
