盐酸吡格列酮对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能及血管内皮功能的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析盐酸吡格列酮对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:回顾我科2011年9月至2012年9月期间68例2型糖尿病确诊患者的临床资料,在常规饮食控制、适当锻炼和药物辅助治疗基础上给予口服盐酸吡格列酮15mg/次,1次/d,对比连续治疗3月末与治疗前胰岛β细胞功能及血管内皮功能等情况。结果:治疗3月末与治疗前FBG、2hPG、HbA1c和BMI比较,P<0.01;胰岛素敏感指数明显上升,同时胰岛素抵抗指数明显下降,与治疗前比较,P<0.01;与治疗前VWF、TM、EPCR和hs-CRP水平比较,P<0.01。结论:盐酸吡格列酮能够明显改善T2DM患者的胰岛β细胞功能及血管内皮功能,在有效控制血糖、干预炎症过程和预防糖尿病并发症等方面具有非常重要的意义,值得临床继续研究和探讨。 Objective:To analyze hydrochloride pioglitazone in patients with type 2 diabetes β-cell function and vascular endothelial function.Methods: Retrospective our department from September 2011 to September 2012,68 cases of type 2 diabetes diagnosed patients with the clinical data on the basis of conventional diet control,proper exercise and drugs auxiliary treatment given oral hydrochloride topiramate grid column ketone 15mg / times,1 / d,end of March,and the treatment of the former pancreatic β-cell function and vascular endothelial function compared continuous therapy.Results: 3 at the end of treatment and before treatment FBG 2hPG,HbA1c and BMI comparison,P0.01;significantly increased insulin sensitivity index,insulin resistance index decreased significantly,compared with before treatment,P0.01;pre-treatment of VWF,TM comparison of the EPCR and hs-CRP level,P0.01.Conclusion: hydrochloric acid,topiramate grid rosiglitazone can significantly improve islet β-cell function and vascular endothelial function in patients with T2DM,has a very important significance in the effective control of blood sugar and interfere with the inflammatory process and prevent diabetes complications and worthy of continued study and explore.
