油污土壤植物与真菌联合生物修复的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用具有石油烃降解能力的真菌与植物复配,探讨不同植物与真菌联合修复油污土壤的效果。将4种植物(玉米、玉米草、黑麦草、紫花苜蓿)与2种真菌(Fungal sp.、Stachybotrys sp.)在5种浓度油污土壤(0.1%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2.0%)中进行单接种及双接种种植试验,以7d为单位测定石油烃降解率,筛选出对各浓度油污土壤修复效果最佳的复配方案。结果表明,玉米、玉米草和黑麦草单接种处理原油降解效果较好,且在油污浓度为1%时,3种植物均达到最高的降解效率。当油污浓度高于1.5%时,紫花苜蓿混合接种处理对油污的降解率明显升高,最大可达到87%。紫花苜蓿在混合接种条件下更适合高浓度油污土壤的生物修复,推广价值更大。 The petroleum degradation of compound with four plants and two petroleum degraded fungus was discussed.Single or double of two fungus(Fungal sp., Stachybotrys sp.) were respectively inoculated with four plants(corn,teosinte,ryegrass,alfalfa) into five oil concentrations(0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2.0%) soil.Aimed to select the best combination, the degradation rate of petroleum of each compound was assayed every 7 days. The results showed that the degradation rates of single inoculation with corn ,teosinte and ryegrass were all higher than double inoculation.The three plants with two fungus expressed the best effect in oil contaminated soil of 1%. While the degradation rates of double inoculation with alfalfa reached the highest of 87% when the concentration was higher than 1.5%, and decreased with increasing of the oil concentration. The mixed-inoculation of alfalfa and two petroleum degraded fungus was more suitable for higher concentration of oil pollution. It had great values to promote for soil bioremediation.
