摘要
光伏/光热(PV/T)集热器集光伏发电和太阳能低温热利用于一体,既可以提高电池效率,又可以回收和利用低温热能。文章对内置不同冷却结构的PV/T系统和电池板的散热特性进行了对比试验。试验结果表明:回形冷却结构PV/T系统的冷却效果要优于蛇形结构;不同结构PV/T系统的综合效率均大于电池光板的折算综合效率。回形冷却结构的PV/T系统最高综合效率可达40%,而电池板的折算综合效率最高只有14.7%。
The photovohaic/thermal (PV/T) solar collector system can produce both electricity and thermal energy simultaneously.The thermal energy can be extracted by cooling photovoltaic cells.Thus it can not only increase the cell efficiency but also reclaim thermal energy.An experimental study on heat dissipation characteristic between PV/T systems with different cooling structures (snake shape, homocentric square) and PV cells is introduced in this paper.Parametric analysis indicates that the cooling effect of PV/T system with homocentric square cooling structure is better than that with snake shape.The combined efficiencies of different PV/T systems are all higher than the conversion efficiency of PV cell.The highest combined efficiency of PV/T system with homocentric square can reach 40%, while the highest conversion efficiency of PV cell is only 14.7%.
