化纤机皮辊轴的节能节材新技术

New Technology of Energy and Material Saving for Leather Roller Shaft of Chemical Fiber Machinery

摘要 皮辊轴是化纤机械中的易损零件,市场需求量较大.传统的生产工艺采用棒料切削成形,原材料消耗大,生产效率较低.采用冷挤压技术成形毛坯,结合切削加工工艺,可以较大幅度地提高材料利用率,减少加工工序,使生产效率和产品质量得到大幅地提高. As one wearing part in chemical fiber machinery, there is a large market demand for leather roller shaft. The traditional manufacturing process using bar cutting forming would cause a large consumption of materials and a low production efficiency. By combining the technology of cold extrusion with the machining, the utilization of materials was greatly increased, working processes were reduced, the production efficiency and products quality were improved obviously.
