摘要
观察了骨髓基质成骨细胞皮下移植的成骨作用 ,以探索骨髓基质成骨细胞作为骨组织工程的骨源细胞的可行性。从新生兔骨髓细胞取材 ,体外培养、诱导后 ,使其生长汇合成膜状。将此细胞膜状物植入裸鼠背部皮下 ,植入 4、8周行X线摄片和组织学检查 ,观察骨形成情况。结果显示 :细胞膜状物皮下成骨作用明显。成骨方式包括膜内成骨和软骨成骨 ,以膜内成骨为主。说明骨髓基质成骨细胞可以作为良好的骨源细胞 。
To investigate the feasibility of using marrow stromal osteoblast as bone-derived cell for bone tissue engineering, and to observe the subcutaneous osteogenesis of marrow stromal osteoblast in the experiment. The marrow stromal cells of newborn New Zealand rabbits were cultivated and induced in vitro. After they grew into membranoid substance ,the membranes were implanted subcutaneously in nude mice for 4 to 8 weeks in vivo. The effect of bone formation was assessed by histological and roentgenographic analysis. The osteogenesis of membranoid substance containing marrow stromal osteoblasts was obvious, and both fibrous and cartilaginous osteogenesis were seen but the former was dominant. The marrow stromal osteoblast can be an excellent bone derived cell and will play a key role in bone tissue engineering.
