摘要
为更加真实地了解纤维的使用性能,合理利用纺织纤维,根据现阶段对纺织纤维疲劳机制的研究,总结了关于纺织纤维弯曲疲劳的一些研究方法和研究装置。目前针对柔性纤维弯曲疲劳的研究,主要有应力寿命(S-N)法、能量法和高聚物疲劳理论,这些研究成果对于纺织材料的弯曲疲劳研究都发挥着极其重要的作用;同时,随着理论方法的发展,相应的弯曲疲劳仪器也有了很多的改进;结合现代专业软件的开发应用,纤维疲劳研究的内容和方法越来越方便和真实,这些都有效促进了纺织纤维弯曲疲劳的研究发展。
Based on the current research on the fiber fatigue mechanism, some related research methods and devices for the fiber bending fatigue were summarized with a view to getting more understanding of the application properties of fibers and rational use of textile fibers. In terms of soft fiber bending fatigue research at present, there mainly exist three methods inclnding stress life (S-N) method, energy method and polymer fatigue theory. These findings play an important role in bending fatigue research of textile fibers. Along with the development of the theories, the corresponding bending fatigue test instrument has a great deal of improvements. Combined with some modern professional software, the fiber fatigue research contents and methods are more and more convenient and realistic. These effectively promote the research of the textile fiber bending fatigue.
