摘要
目的:探讨食管癌患者围术期血清SCC-Ag、D-D、MICA及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化规律。方法:选取2007年1月~2011年6月于本院进行手术治疗的120例食管癌患者为研究对象,将其术前、术后1d及3d的血清SCC-Ag、D-D、MICA及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测及比较。结果:食管癌患者术前、术后1d及3d的血清SCC-Ag、D-D、MICA呈现持续降低的趋势,外周血T淋巴细胞亚群也呈现逐渐改善的状态,术前分别与术后1d及3d比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:食管癌患者围术期血清SCC-Ag、D-D、MICA及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群呈现持续改善状态。
Objective: To evaluate the change of the serum SCC-Ag, D-D, MICA and blood T-lym- phocyte subsets in perioperative esophageal cancer patients. Methods: A total of 120 patients with esophageal cancer admitted from January 2007 to June 2011 in our hospital were chosen as research object. SCCAg, DD, MICA and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets before surgery, 1 d and 3 d after surgery were tested and compared. Results: The serum SCC-Ag, D-D, MICA in perioperative esophageal cancer patients were gradually decreased, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets was gradually improved after surgery. There were significant differences in these indexes between that before surgery, 1 d and 3 d after surgery (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: The serum SCC-Ag, D-D, MICA and peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets are improved after surgery.
