摘要
通过对贵州喀斯特山乡牛业有限公司利用白酒糟发展畜牧循环经济的现状分析,总结出两种白酒糟畜牧业循环经济模式,并提出一种新型白酒糟畜牧循环经济模式。然后通过试验与调查统计得出相应数据,应用综合分析法,对3种模式从资源减量化效益、资源循环利用效益以及经济、社会效益3个层次12个指标进行赋值评价,采用层次分析法确定评价体系中的指标权重,表明提出的新型模式明显提高了白酒糟开展畜牧循环经济的发展水平。
The model of distiller＇ s grains recycle in animal husbandry circular economy of Guizhou Qingjiu Karst Cow Industry Limited Company was analyzed in the present work. Two models were summarized, and a new designed model was put forward. The corresponding data concerning the three models then were evalua-ted by the comprehensive analysis method, which included 12 indexes with the benefits of resource reduction, the resources recycling in economic and social, as well as the weight of each index. The result showed that the development level of the new model was much higher than that of the other two models.
