摘要
对ES-T321定型剂的流变性能和软化温度进行了分析,对其与RTM专用3266环氧树脂的相容性,以及热性能、固化反应及其碳纤维复合材料性能的影响分别进行了研究,并对复合材料断口进行了扫描电镜分析。研究结果表明,ES-T321定型剂可用溶液法和粉末法定型纤维材料,能相容3266树脂,对树脂及其复合材料性能没有负面影响。
The comprehensive properties of tackifier ES-T321, such as rheological property, softening temperature were investigated in the present work. The effects of ES-T321＇s compatibility with RTMable resin 3266 on the thermal properties and curing reaction of 3266 resin system, and the performance of RTMable CF composite were studied too. The fracture surface of composites was analyzed statements by SEM. The research results show ES- T321 can be applied in form of solution or powder, its compatibility with epoxy 3266 is very well and ES-T321 has no negative effects on the RTM resin system and composites.
