摘要
军用电磁继电器的可靠性要求极高,任何失效情形必须找出失效原因,进行失效归零。总结了军用电磁继电器的失效分析方法,并对贮存和使用过程中常见的失效模式及失效机理进行分析。针对机械变形、环境应力等影响电磁继电器失效的典型因素及其作用机理进行详细探讨。在此基础上,完成了两个军用电磁继电器失效的实际案例研究。最后,结合失效机理研究提出电磁继电器的可靠性改进措施。
The electromagnetic relays used in military engineering are required to have extremely high reliability. When fai- lure occurs, the cause of the failure must be found out to prevent the same situation from happening again. The failure analysis methods of the electromagnetic relays used in military engineering are summarized. The failure modes and failure mechanisms of electromagnetic relays which were failed in storage and working are analyzed. Typical factors which cause the failure of electro- magnetic relays, such as mechanical deformation, environmental stress and mechanism of action are analyzed in detail. On this basis, two actual failure cases of the military electromagnetic relays are studied. Finally, based on the analysis of failure modes and failure mechanisms, some proposals to improve the reliability of electromagnetic relays are proposed.
