摘要
目的通过对某医院门诊使用质子泵抑制剂(PPI)处方进行用药分析,分析不合理用药的情况,以提高医务人员合理用药水平。方法抽取某院2012年1～6月门诊含口服和注射PPI的处方2886张,从中挑选出不合理用药处方进行归类分析。结果抽查的2886张处方中有252张处方用药不合理,不合格率为8.73%。不合理用药发生频率较高的是适应证掌握不当、药物配伍不合理(影响药物的吸收、代谢,不良反应增加等)、药物用法不合理等。结论该院门诊使用PPI存在一定程度的不合理用药现象,亟待提高医师合理用药水平。
Objective By making an analysis on the drugs used in the prescriptions for proton pump inhibitor of the outpatient department of a hospital, the irrational use of drug was analyzed, then improving the level of raiional use of drug for medical personnel. Methods A total of 2886 PPI prescriptions, including oral and injection,which had been written from January to June of 2012 in the outpatient department of a hospital,were chosen. And the irrational prescriptions were selected out for classification and analysis. Results Among the said 2886 prescriptions,252 prescriptions were irrational use of drug,covering 8.73% of the total. The frequent occurrence of irrational use of drug was resulted from the improper understanding of indications,unreasonable compatibility of drugs, which would influence the absorption and metabolism of drugs and cause the enhancement of harmful reaction,and unreasonable usage of drugs etc. Conclusion The irrational use of drug to some extent exists in the use of PPI in the outpatient department of the hospital. Therefore,it is absolutely necessary to improve the level of rational use of drug for doctors.
