摘要
针对ERP与MES系统间集成存在数据库异构的问题,从提高集成效率、降低集成成本的角度出发,考虑ERP与MES的集成现状,应用XML的数据转换技术,提出一种基于消息传递的集成方法,并应用此方法实现ERP与MES数据集成的示例说明该方法可行有效。该方法将两系统需要交换的数据转化为消息,并按照预先定义好的架构对消息进行映射,以此来完成数据在两系统间的传递,能够很好地屏蔽ERP与MES数据库中数据的异构性,减少ERP与MES两系统间的相互干扰。
Because the database of ERP and MES is heterogeneous, the integration between ERP and MES may cause a lot of troubles. In order to both improve the efficiency of integration and reduce the cost of integration,an integrated method is presented based on message. This method exchanges the data from two systems to messages. Then, two messages are matched according to the predefined schema. In this way, the heterogeneity between ERP and MES is shielded. An example about this method is given and shows that the method is feasible and effective.
