摘要
针对现有条件无法对舰炮武器系统网络通信故障进行分析、定位,致使故障难以归零的问题,本文以微控制器为信息采集核心,实现了对舰炮武器系统外部标准时统信号、内部各设备时统信号与网络报文时序的同步实时、高速采集,通过计算分析内部各设备时统信号、网络报文时序的时延,为网络通信故障的定位与排除提供依据。在某型舰炮武器系统试验应用中表明,该网络时序监测分析系统不仅满足了对网络通信故障进行准确定位的要求,而且还具有成本低、结构简约和易于拓展的优点。
It is very difficult to perform network eomunication fault analysis and fault location by using technological methods existing,which leads to return to zero hardly for those faults. In this paper,the microcontroller is used as information acquisition core to implement synchronous real-time high- speed acquisition of outer standard timing signal, inter timing signal and network message time sequence. Calculation and analysis on inter timing signal and time delay of net- work message time sequence can provide references for network communication failure analysis and elimination. Experi- mental results of naval gun weapon system indicate that the monitoring system for network time sequence not only can satisfy the requirements of accurate positoning for network communication fault,but has the features of low-cost, simple stucture and easy to expand.
