摘要
为了研究2006—2010年山东省鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)分离株的抗原变异性,试验采用SPF鸡分别制备了3个疫苗株491、H120和MA5的单因子阳性血清,并通过鸡胚中和试验测定了疫苗株阳性血清对IBV流行株的中和效价。结果表明:19个分离株中,339、356和359这3个流行株均不能被3个疫苗株阳性血清中和;8个分离株可以被491阳性血清中和,10个分离株可以被H120或MA5阳性血清中和,但疫苗株阳性血清对流行株的中和效价均低于对自身的中和效价;其中002、340和369可以同时被491、H120和MA5阳性血清不同程度地中和,283、380和423可同时被491和MA5阳性血清中和,IBF和299可同时被H120和MA5阳性血清中和。说明IBV流行株的抗原性与3个常用疫苗株存在不同程度的差异,IBV变异株的出现与多种IBV弱毒活疫苗的应用密切相关。
To study the antigenic variability of the infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) isolates from Shandong province in China during the years 2006--2010, SPF chickens were selected to prepare the single -factor positive sera, which were from three vaccine strains including 491, H120 and MAS. Virus neutralization (VN) tests were performed in SPF chicken embryos to determine the neutralization titers of the positive sera from the three vaccine strains against epidemic strains of IBV. The results showed that neither of the antisera against three vaccine strains was able to neutralize three IBV isolates named 339, 356 and 359. Although the neutralization titters of IBV isolates were lower than the homologous titers of antisera, eight IBV isolates were neutralized by 491 antisera and ten isolates were neutralized by H120 or MA5 antisera. In addition, three i- solates named 002, 340 and 369 were neutralized by 491, H120 and MA5 antiserum with different titers. Isolates 283, 380 and 423 reacted with 491, MA5 antiserum, isolates IBF and 299 reacted with HI20 and MA5 antiserum. The results indicate that there are different differences between the antigenic diversity of these IBV isolates and the three common vaccine strains, and the emergence of IBV variants is closely related to many live attenuated vaccines of IBV having been used in Shandong provinc.
