摘要
目的观察全自动尿沉渣分析仪在尿液有形成分检测中的应用效果。方法尿液标本来自本院2009年1月～2011年12月的400例门诊患者,将收集的每一位患者的尿液标本平均分为2份,分别通过UF-500i全自动尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜进行有形成分检测,定义为全自动组与显微镜组。选择主管检验师以上的操作人员进行操作,分别通过UF-500i全自动尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜进行标本检测,记录WBC、RBC、结晶、黏液丝、管型、类酵母菌的阳性符合率。结果 UF-500i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测阳性符合率与显微镜检测阳性符合率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全自动尿沉渣分析法具有简单、便捷、标准率高、敏感度高等优点,检测视野相当于显微镜的10倍以上,在尿沉渣的检测中具有高效性与可用性。
Objective To observe the application of automated urinalysis analyzer in the detection of urinary formed el ements effect. Methods Urine samples from 400 outpatients in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011, every patient would collect urine specimens were divided into 2 parts respectively, by the UF-500i automated urinalysis analyzer and microscope visible component detection, defined as the full group and the microscope group. Selected the more competent examiner operator to operate through the UF-500i automated urinalysis analyzer and microscope specimens, record WBC, RBC, crystals, mucus wire, tube type, class yeast positive coincidence rate. Results The UF-500i automated urinalysis analyzer testing positive coincidence rate was consistent with the microscopy positive rate compar ison, not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Automatic urine sediment analysis method is simple, convenient, and 10 times more than the standard rate, the advantages of sensitivity, detection field of view equivalent to microscope, efficiency and availability in the detection of urinary sediment.
