摘要
目的:为了解雷公藤内酯醇对类风湿性关节炎滑膜新生血管TNF-α的影响,探讨雷公藤对类风湿关节炎的治疗机理。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测TNF-α在AA大鼠滑膜组织中的表达,并观察了雷公藤对其的影响。结果:雷公藤组可见少量的TNF-α阳性细胞,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤内酯醇能降低滑膜组织中TNF-α的表达水平,抑制血管生成,起到治疗作用。
Objective：In order to understand effects of Triptolide on TNF-α in rheumatoid arthritis synovial organization,the tripterygium wilfordii treatment mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis was to discuss.Methods：The immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect expression of TNF-α in the AA rats in the organization of the synovial organization,and the effects of tripterygium wilfordii were observed.Results：The tripterygium wilfordii group showed positive TNF-α cells,compared the experimental group there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Triptolide can reduce the expression of TNF-α in synovial organizations and inhibit angiogenesis,playing a therapeutic role.
