RVVC阴道假丝酵母菌及其药敏情况分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的检测引起RVVC的阴道假丝酵母菌的构成及其药敏谱。方法应用科玛嘉假丝酵母菌显色培养基和API20 CAUX鉴定分离菌株,应用纸片扩散法进行体外药敏试验。结果培养分离的123株菌中白假丝酵母菌占78.5%,光滑假丝酵母菌占14.8%,热带假丝酵母菌占3.0%,近平滑假丝酵母菌占2.3%、克柔假丝酵母菌占1.4%;123株白假丝酵母菌药敏率由高到低依次是制霉菌素、克霉唑、伊曲康唑、咪康唑、氟康唑、酮康唑。结论不仅根据药敏结果实施个体化治疗方案,还要继续加深RVVC发病机制的认识,才有可能更有效治疗RVVC。 Objective To investigate composition and drug susceptibility of vaginal Candida from RVVC. Methods CHROM agar and API20 CAUX were applied to isolate and determine the species of candida. The disk diffusion was used for yeast sensitive test. Results Among 123 strains of candida, candida albicans were 78.5%, candida glabrata were 14.8%, candida tropicalis were 3.0%, candida parapsilosis were 2.3%, candida krusei were 1.4%; The sequence of drug resistance rates from high to low was Nystat, ltraconazole, Clotrimazole, Fluconazol, Ketoconazole, Miconazol, respectively. Conclusion Not only based on drug susceptibility results of individualized treatment programmes, will continue to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of RVVC, will it be possible to more effective treatment of RVVC.
