摘要
为了提高精神科病房基础护理质量,我院护理部在精神科开展了围绕"如何提高基础护理质量,保障护理安全"为主题的品管圈活动。成立品管圈活动小组,各圈在有关专家的指导下,应用品管手法对临床基础护理工作中存在的主要问题进行分析评价、提出对策、持续改进。通过品管圈活动,增强了以患者为中心的服务理念,发挥了护理人员的积极性和创造性,改进了基础护理工作缺陷和问题,提高了基础护理管理效率和质量,确保护理安全。实施后全院精神科基础护理合格率、患者对护理工作满意度综合平均分[92.6%、(97.60±0.38)]均较实施前[73.7%、(92.03±0.74)]显著提高,2011年护理不良事件发生率(0.36%)较2010年(0.80%)显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。
To improve the nursing quality in psychiatric ward, our nurse department carried out the activity emphasis on＂how to improve nursing quality and to keep nursing seeurity.＂we set up QCC groups, analyzed main problems in basic nursing work by QCC method under the professionals＇direction, and proposed measures to improve. QCC program has strengthened the patients-oriented idea, brought nurses＇creativity and initiative into play, made some basic nursing issues better, improved basic nursing quality and efficiency, and ensured nursing security, since the start of the pro- gram, the pass percent of basic nursing and patients＂ satisfaction degree of nurse work are 92.6% and （97.60-＋0.38）, which increased greatly compared with before; Adverse event in 2011 was 0.36%, which was greatly decreased compared with 0.80% in 2010, and that indicated a statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.
