摘要
基于表皮更新的视角,以上海"8号桥"旧厂区改造设计为例,从墙面,内街界面,空间、材料、色彩,细部处理四个方面入手,分析总结出改造设计实践中的表皮更新策略,并提出对旧工业建筑改造设计的借鉴意义。
Based on the perspective of skin renewal ,the paper takes reconstruction design of shanghai ＇Bridge 8＇ old pant area as an example. Proceeding with four aspects such as wall ,street interface, space, material, colour and details treatment, it analyses and summarizes strategies of skin renewal in reconstruction design practice, and the significance of reference for old industrial buildings.
