摘要
城市特色的塑造需要基于自身的特点,自然山水对于城市而言可遇不可求,如何因势利导,为城市特色加分是个永恒的课题。重点探讨在城市总体规划阶段的特色塑造,以江山市城市总体规划为例,从江山城市山水格局、特质及现状与问题分析入手,以"尊重生态本底、优化山水格局、优化城市组织"为核心思路,提出生态营城、景观提神、空间点睛、交通维局的规划手法与途径,实现城市特色的塑造以及城市品位的提升。
Creating the city characteristic needs its own feature, especially when it has Mountain-Water Element, studying how to utilize it becomes very significance. This article discusses city characteristic creation at the master planning stage, as a case of master plan of Jiangshan city. The article firstly analyzes the city＇s spatial framework, characteristics, and existing problems, and then puts forward dominant ideas as respecting the background eco-environment, optimizing mountain-water structure, optimizing city spatial organization. Finally, the article proposes four measures to create city characteristic and improve city quality, it＇s about preserving the city＇s mountain-water ecological environment, optimizing city＇s landscape, increasing waterfront and hill side＇s public space, organizing public transportation and slow-moving traffic along the mountains and rivers.
