摘要
中西医学在历史发展过程中都取得了诸多科学成就,但是二者科学成就的构成却存在巨大差别。西方医学显示出临床成果、理论成果和实验成果平衡状态,而且不同成果存在互相促进的机制;而中医学则表现为临床成果独盛,而实验成果基本缺如,理论成果限于自然哲学思辨,体系内部缺少互相作用的动力,因此导致学术体系恒久不变。
：Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine have both obtained great scientific achievements in their historical development, but the academic structures between them have significant differences. Western medicine presents a balanced state among achievements of clinical application, theoretical research and experimental discoveries, meanwhile, it also gives a picture of interactive relationship for mutual promotion among different achievements. However, Traditional Chinese Medicine has the performance for prosperity in clinical application and lack of experimental research, and its theoretical achievements is limited in natural philosophy speculation with lack of interactive motivation in its inner system, so that its academic system is constant.
