摘要
目的研究西黄丸滴丸抗肿瘤作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法将H22荷瘤小鼠模型分为模型组、西黄丸组、西黄丸滴丸不同剂量组,干预10 d后,测定各组小鼠的脾指数和胸腺指数,ELISA法测定小鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、INF-γ含量。结果西黄丸滴丸低、中、高剂量均对H22荷瘤小鼠具有明显的抑瘤作用,其抑瘤率分别为62.45%、70.61%、76.93%;各剂量西黄丸滴丸均能提高免疫器官的质量及血清中TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、INF-γ含量。结论西黄丸滴丸具有明显的抑制肿瘤生长和增强机体免疫功能作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor function and effect on immunity of Xihuangwan dripping pill. Methods HEE-bearing mice were divided into model group, Xihuangwan group and groups with low, medium and high dosages of Xihuangwan dripping pills. After 10 days treatment, the index of spleen and thymus of the mice were measured, and the contents of TNF-γ, IL-1, IL-6 and INF-γ of the mice serum were detected by ELISA. Results The low, medium and high dosages of Xihuangwan dripping pills had significant inhibitory effects on HE a-bearing mice, and the inhibitory rates were 62.45%, 70.61% and 76.93% respectively. All Xihuangwan dripping pills of different dosa- ges improved the quality of immune organs and the contents of TNF-ct, IL-1, IL-6 and INF-~ in the mice serum. Con- clusion Xihuangwan dripping pill can significantly inhibit tumor growth and improve immune function of organism.
