摘要
低孔低渗油气藏高效射孔增产技术研究一直是制约东海产能发展的重大难题。以东海平湖油气田BB5井为例,在综合分析外置式复合射孔和多级脉冲复合射孔技术基础上,设计了一套低孔低渗油气藏多分支水平井裸眼井段射孔工艺技术,并对该技术应用中的下钻循环压井、点火、大排量循环洗压井、埋枪、引爆等技术难点与措施,以及射孔施工要点进行了总结。平湖油气田BB5井实施效果表明,该技术可有效解决东海低孔低渗油气藏多分支水平井裸眼井段储层改造问题,具有较好的应用推广价值。
Finding an efficient perforation technolo- gy solution for low porosity and low permeability reservoirs is always a tough technical challenge in the productivity development of the East China Sea. Taking the well BB5 of Pinghu oil and gas field in the East China Sea for example and based on the composite analysis of both external and multistage pulse composite perforation technolo- gies, a set of open hole perforation technologies was developed for multilateral horizontal wells in low porosity and low permeability reservoirs, and the technical difficulties and measures were sum- marized in trip-in cycling and killing, ignition, high displacement well flushing and killing, perfora- ting gun arrangement, detonation and so on, as well as key points of perforating operation. The applica- tion effect in well PH-BB5 shows that this technolo gy is an effective solution for the problem of low po- rosity and permeability reservoirs reconstruction in open hole of multilateral horizontal wells in the East China Sea and is worth spreading and applying.
