摘要
建立了双层管道的夹层内泄漏天然气扩散传热模型,采用CFD数值方法,利用FLUENT软件开展了双层管道天然气泄漏扩散的数值研究,分析泄漏介质温度、泄漏孔直径及管道压差对外管内壁面上温度场的影响。研究结果表明:(1)随着夹层厚度的增加,泄漏介质温度T对外管内壁面上温度场分布影响逐渐减小。(2)随着泄漏孔直径A的增大,壁面上出现温降的范围变大,温降值变大。(3)压差p越大,外管内壁面上温度值波动越大。
The model of heat transfer from diffusion for natural gas leaked in sandwich of double layer piping was established. By using CFD method and FLUENT software, numerical study for leakage and diffusion of natural gas in double layer piping was carried out. The influences of the temperature of leakage medium, the diameter of leakage hole and the differential pressure to the temperature field on the inner surface of outer pipe were analyzed. It was shown that: 1) with the increase of the thickness of sandwich, the influence of the temperature of leakage medium to the temperature field on the inner surface of outer pipe becomes smaller; 2) with the increase of the diameter of leakage hole, the scope in which temperature drops down becomes larger and the value of temperature drop also becomes larger; 3) the larger differential pressure is, the greater the temperature fluctuation on the surface of outer pipe.
