摘要
目的:了解重庆市副溶血性弧菌分离株的毒力基因、血清型以及耐药性,为防治副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病提供依据.方法:采用PCR方法检测溶血素基因,并结合药敏试验以及血清分型进行综合分析.结果:323份水产品样品中共分离出的35株副溶血性弧菌,其tdh和trh基因携带率分别为14.29%、2.86%,血清群主要为:O3群、O5群、O1群;14株临床分离株主要为O1群、O3群.两组不同来源的菌株均对头孢噻肟、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星敏感,对氨苄西林均有较强的耐药性.结论:重庆地区水产品中副溶血性弧菌的毒力基因携带率较低,但是血清型呈现多样性,且耐药性较严重,因此存在发生副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的潜在危险.
Objective.. To investigate the characteristics of virulence genes, the serogroup distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyifcus in Chongqing city and provide a scientific basis for its prevention and control. Methods. PCR was performed to examine the hemolysin genes, and a comprehen-sive analysis was made with an antibiotic susceptibility test in combination with serotyping. Results. A to- tal of 35 strains of V. parahaernolyticus were isolated from 323 aquatic products, whose tdh and trh gene carrying rates were 14.29% and 2. 86%, respectively. 03 group, 05 group and O1 group were the main serum groups. The 14 clinical isolates were mainly of O1 group and O3 group. The two groups of strains of different origins were sensitive to cefotaxime, norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin and highly resistant to ampi-cillin. Conclusion. The virulence genes of V. parahaemolyticus carry a fairly low rate from aquatic prod- ucts in Chongqing; however, their serum type is diverse and quite resistant to antibiotics. Therefore, a po-tential danger of V. parahaemolyticus food poisoning exists.
