摘要 围绕X100/X120管线钢焊接接头组织的强韧化,从合金元素、热影响区的脆化软化、HIC敏感性以及焊接工艺等方面综述了国内外X100/X120管线钢最新研究进展及其应用前景。X100/X120焊材主要以Mn-Mo-Ni为合金系,焊缝金属为贝氏体和马氏体组织,以板条贝氏体及马氏体为强化相;粒状贝氏体、少量针状铁素体为韧化相。热影响区依靠高熔点氧化夹杂物在1 400℃下仍可有效钉扎原奥氏体晶粒,起到细化晶粒的作用,抑制热影响区的软化和脆化。调整合金化过程,减少焊缝中含Al、S的非金属夹杂物,并控制其形貌可降低X100/X120管线钢焊缝HIC敏感性。 Based on weld joint of girth and seam welding of X100 and XI20 pipeline,the paper reviewed current situation and progress in the strength, toughness, embrittlemen! and HIC of the weld metal and H AZ of X 100 and X 120. It showed developments of the high-strength pipe welding technology and researches. The welding technology trends of the high-strength pipeline were proposed. The main alloying eomponent of uhra-high strength pipeline steel consumables is Mn-Mo-Ni. The microstructure of the weld metal is consist of lath bainite,granuler bainite,M-A,a small amount of acicular ferrite and residual austenite. This kind of microstructure presents the excellent combination of mechanical properties. The oxide inclusions in the HAZ has high melting point which can prevent grain growth during welding process and restrain the soft and embrittlement of HAZ. Reduce the amount of non-metallic impurities of AI and S,eontrolling their morphology can let the HIC lower.
