摘要
通过区域分析所确定的区域维修间隔,是飞机维修大纲的重要组成部分,对飞机的安全运营具有重大意义。针对区域评级工作中存在指标不规范和体系不完善的现状,研究了国外多种主流机型,首先分析区域影响因素建立细化的评级指标,然后应用模糊理论和层次分析法确定指标权重,并结合各指标的评分得出综合等级,其次根据等级-间隔对应关系确定飞机区域维修间隔,最后以某飞机的发动机整流罩所在区域为实例进行分析,验证了该评级方法的实施效果比较理想。
As an important part of Maintenance Review Board Report, the aircraft zonal inspection interval determined by zonal analysis, has great significance for aircraft safe operation. Given the present condition that there are still some nonstandard indexes and imperfections in the zonal rating system, an improved method is proposed in this paper after doing research on international main aircrafts. Firstly, the aircraft zonal influence factors are analyzed and specific rating indexes are established, after which the weight of each index and total ratings are determined by using analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and fuzzy theory. Secondly, ultimate maintenance intervals are obtained by the correspondence of rating and maintenance interval. Finally, this method proves feasible and effective through an example of the thrust reverser cowling.
