小紫珠种群的表型遗传多样性研究 被引量:8

摘要 以泰山桃花峪和徂徕山的两个野生小紫珠种群为研究对象,选取与观赏价值有密切关系的5个表型性状进行调查观测,对调查数据进行了表型分化系数、表型性状遗传多样性程度、表型性状变异特征系数等指标的分析。结果表明:果序小果数、果实横径、果实纵径、果形指数4个数量性状在群体内和群体间均存在极显著差异;徂徕山各表型性状平均变异系数(20.32%)大于泰山桃花峪小紫珠群体(16.27%);各群体表型性状中平均变异系数最小的为果形指数(CV=9.31%),最大的为果序小果数(CV=48.28%),说明各性状中果形指数相对遗传稳定,而果序小果数变异相对更为广泛;各群体数量性状中平均变异系数由大到小顺序为:小果数>横径>纵径>果形指数;质量性状果实颜色的变异通过计算shannon-wiener指数(H)分析比较,结果表明分布于桃花峪和徂徕山两地的野生小紫珠果实颜色的H′值都在0.8以上,果实颜色变异比较丰富,且徂徕山(H徂徕山=1.0390)小紫珠颜色变异比桃花峪(H桃花峪=1.0252)更为广泛;4个数量性状的平均表型分化系数(VST)为97.02%,群体间方差分量百分比(94.84%)远大于群体内(2.79%),说明群体间变异是小紫珠表型性状的主要变异来源。 5 traits which have a close relationship with ornamental characteristics were chosen in this article to research ge- netic diversity of Callicarpa dichotoma (Lour.) k. koch located in Taohuayu and Culai mountain. The results showed that: There are very significant differences in fruit number of infructeseence, transverse diameter of fruit, longitudinal diameter of fruit and shape index of fruit both among and within group. The average coefficient of variation in every trait of group Culai (CV=20.32%) is larger than it of group Taohuayu (CV=9.31%) , the coefficient of variation of shape index of fruit(CV= 9.310% ) is the minimum as well as fruit number of infructeseence (CV= 48.28%) is the Maximum. Comparatively speaking , the trait of shape index of fruit is genetically stable while the trait of fruit number of infructescence has wide variation. The or- der of the average coefficient of variation of quantitative traits in every group is fruit number of infructescence〉transverse di- ameter of fruit 〉 longitudinal diameter of fruit 〉 shape index of fruit; the variation of the color of fruit which belongs to quantitative trait is measured by calculating shannon--wiener index, as a result, the Shannon--Wiener index(H') of the color of fruit in two groups was more than 0.8,it showed that there is a widely variation of the color of fruit. In addition the variation of the color of fruit in group Culai (HCulai= 1. 0390) was more wide than it in group Taohuayu (HTaohuayu = 1. 0252). The average Phenotype of differentiation coefficient (VsT) of the four quantitative traits is 97.02 %, the variance component between group (94.84%) is much larger than it among group(2.79%) . As a result, the variation between group is the main course of the variation of phenotypic traits in the species Callicarpa dichotoma (Lour.) k. koch.
