摘要
通过对万家寨6台水轮机组尾水锥管空蚀现象的原因分析,提出合理的解决方案与处理原则。采用新型SH-Ⅲ无收缩高流动性水泥基灌浆材料进行灌浆处理,效果良好。
Abstract: through analysis on the cavitation corrosion of the tailrace cones of six units, Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station, reasonable solu- tion and treatment principle are raised. Treatment by grouting with cement-base materials featuring non-shrinkage and high flow of Model SH-III results in expected effect.
