摘要
受泥沙含量、汛期变化、泥沙粒径等因素的影响,兰州段黄河原水采用常规的澄清处理技术难以达到良好的效果。针对此,兰州石化公司研究并设计出一种高效澄清技术,该技术采用分步沉降处理、多区域投加药剂、适时调整加药量的方法,使澄清池对原水悬浮物含量和进水量的急剧变化具有很强的适应性。应用效果表明,该技术对黄河原水中悬浮物的去除率可达到95%以上,澄清池出水的悬浮物含量稳定控制在10 mg/L以内,其他各项水质指标也得到了有效控制,满足工业生产用水的要求。
Conventional clarification techniques can not effectively treat raw water from Lanzhou section of Yellow River due to the influences of sediment concentration, flood season variation, sediment size and other factors. Therefore, a high-efficiency clarifier was developed. Through multi-stage settle- ment, multi-point chemical dosing and appropriate dosage adjustment, the clarifier is adaptable to sharp variations in suspended solids content and influent flow. The application results showed that the removal rate of suspended solids was more than 95% , and the content of suspended solids in the effluent from the clarifier was less than 10 mg/L. The other indices were effectively controlled, meeting the demand of the industrial production.
