摘要
介绍了切削厚度与采煤机工作受力以及平稳性的关系,分析了滚筒采煤机截煤时切削厚度的变化规律和特点,计算了被截煤层的平均切削厚度并提出了用切削厚度的波动系数来分析其变化程度,推导了该波动系数的计算公式,并以此为基础对几种不同数目下的截齿进行了仿真。仿真结果表明适量地增加滚筒上同一截线上截齿的数目可以减小截齿截煤时的受力冲击性,但是数目应该尽量选用奇数。
Introduced the relationship between the slice thickness and shearer's working force as well as stationary, analyzed the the slice thickness' changing law and feature, calculated the average slice thickness by cutted coal seam and put forward the idea of the fluctuation coefficient which can indicate the changing degree, derived the calculation formulas of the fluctuation coefficient, simulated the calculation formulas. The results show that: in order to reduce the impact resistance of the tooth on the machine mining. The numbers of the cutting tooth in the same serif should be choosed odd.
