摘要
全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)可分为敞开式、护盾式(单护盾、双护盾)以及复合式等型式,城市轨道交通工程安全、优质、快速施工的关键是TBM设备的正确选型。文章对城市轨道交通工程TBM选型的原则进行了论述;并结合重庆轨道交通六号线工程,通过对其线路条件、沿线隧道埋深、工程地质和水文地质条件、隧道使用要求、支护与衬砌形式、工期及造价等的综合对比分析,确定出了最佳TBM选择型式,即在岩石地层城市轨道交通工程中首先应选择敞开式TBM,其次再选择复合式TBM。
Full-face tunnel boring machines (TBMs) can be classified as open, single shield, double shield, and compound machines. The proper selection of a TBM is key to guaranteeing the safe and rapid construction of urban rail transit projects. This paper describes the principles for TBM selection and, using the Chongqing metro line 6 as an example, the most appropriate TBM is selected after an analysis of the alignment conditions, tunnel depths, geological and hydrological conditions, tunnel operating requirements, support and lining forms, and construction schedule and costs for this specific line. It is recommended that open TBM option is prefered than compound TBM option for an ur- ban rail transit project in hard rock.
