摘要
针对实现信息资源共享,加快信息传递速度,降低工作人员的劳动强度,提高医护人员工作效率,设计了一套医院信息管理系统,将医院所有日常工作改为事务处理、财务管理、物资管理、临床数据、学术资料、电子病历信息流的网络化控制结构。利用局域网、广域网、大型分布式数据等先进的计算机技术,运用系统的理论方法,将医院各组成部分的信息处理过程综合成有机整体,提升了医院信息管理工作规范化、制度化、科学化水平,实现了医院信息技术全电子无纸化和胶片管理的目标。
In order to realize information resoursc sharing, accelerate information transfer, reduce labour intensity of staff in hospitals and improve the level and efficiency of medical management, a hospital information system （HIS） was designed, which transform hospital daily fairs into a network control structure composed of transaction processing, financial management, material management, clinical data and academic material information flow. Several advanced computer techniques such as local network, WAN and large-scale distributed data are applied in the system to integrate the process of information processing of the whole hospital into a organic integrity according to the theoretical method of the system. The system helps the information management meet the requirements of standardization, systematization and scientization, and achieve the paperless and film management of hospital information eleetronization.
