摘要
以正负交配型担孢子菌株组成的混合菌液作为接种体,对30个重要甘蔗品种(系)进行浸泡接种,鉴定其对黑穗病的抗性。结果表明,抗性水平为高抗(HR)的材料有CP84-1198、CP89-2143等9份;抗性水平为抗(R)的材料有粤糖99-66、粤糖06-581和Q190;抗性水平为中抗(MR)的有HoCP93-746、ROC22和ROC24;CP63-588、ROC25和NCo310这3份材料表现为中感(MS);CP72-1210和F134等9份材料表现为感(S),而CP85-384、HoCP95-988和粤糖63-237则高感(HS)黑穗病。此外,还初步推断广东省湛江遂溪蔗区存在不同于台湾报导的小种1、2和3的甘蔗黑粉菌生理小种。
The resistance to the sugarcane smut of 30 important sugarcane clones was identified using the dipping inoculation method basing on plus and minus mating type sporidia. The results showed that CP84-1198, CP89-2143 and other 7 clones were highly resistant to smut (HR); Yuetang 99-66, Yuetang 06-58l and Q190 were resistant to smut (R); HoCP93-746, ROC22 and ROC24 were of the middle resistance to smut (MR); CP63-588, ROC25 and NCo310 were of the middle sensitivity to smut (MS); CP72-1210, F134 and other 7 clones were sensitive to smut (S); CP85-384, HoCP95-988 and Yuetang 63-237 were highly susceptible to smut (HS). FtLrthermore, the authors initially concluded that a new race which different from the race 1, 2 and 3 of Ustilago scitaminea Sydow reported from Taiwan, exists in cane area of Suixi, Zhanjiang, Guangdong province.
