摘要
医疗服务价格是重要的经济杠杆,医疗服务的价格体系、形成机制以及管理体制对整个卫生系统的绩效影响深远。当前按项目付费仍是我国医疗服务支付方式的主体,本研究对该支付方式下医疗服务价格的现状及存在的问题进行梳理分析,并给出相应的政策建议,以为相关政策制订者及研究者提供参考。
The price of medical services is an important economic lever. The price of medical services system, formation mechanism and management system is far-reaching impact on the performance of the entire health system. Paying for service is still the mainly payment mechanism in China by now. In this study, the price of medical services in the payment of the current situation and problems is analyzed, and then some policy suggestions are given, so as to provide reference for relevant policy makers and researchers.
