天然蜂蜜治疗感染性伤口临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]观察天然蜂蜜治疗感染性伤口的临床疗效。[方法]将60例感染性伤口病人随机分为观察组和对照组各30例;观察组采用天然蜂蜜外涂伤口,再予天然蜂蜜混合干纱布块制成蜂蜜敷料覆盖于伤口表面,再外覆盖干纱布块1块或2块后外贴透明薄膜敷料固定;对照组根据入院时的伤口细菌培养结果选择抗生素,自配纱布敷料;比较两组病人伤口愈合效果及时间。[结果]观察组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治愈时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗5d后观察组细菌培养阴性率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]应用天然蜂蜜治疗感染性伤口可明显提高治疗效果,缩短治疗时间。
