摘要
主要介绍国内外护理岗位设置、护士岗位管理现状,提出我国护士岗位管理还处于探索阶段,应建立适合我国国情的护士岗位管理体系。
It introduced nursing post setting at home and in abroad and status quo of nurses post management; and it put forward that status quo of nurses post management is still in exploration phase in China. Nurse post manage- ment system that suited to China＇s national conditions should be established.
