基于平顺性的某车型缓冲块修改方案分析

摘要 某车型经过减速带和在恶劣工况下,车身经常出现剧烈振动,其原因是缓冲块间隙设计过小,据此提出了两种修改方案。为明确那种修改方案能更好地改善该车的平顺性,基于两种修改方案,首先分别在ADAMS进行了整车建模,然后分别在脉冲路面、C级路面下进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,修改缓冲刚度能更好地改善该车平顺性。 When running through the decelerating strip or poor condition, the car body often appears excessive vibration. The design clearance of bumper block is too narrow, and then two modification schemes are provided accordingly. To identify which modification scheme can work better for improving riding comfort, two vehicle models are established respectively in the ADAMS, and simulation analyses are completed on pulse-road and C-class road based on the two modification schemes. Simulation results show that modifying buffering stiffness can better improve riding comfort of the vehicle.
