摘要
高校科研管理是对高校的科学研究和科技成果转化等活动的管理工作。二级学院是高校科研工作的组织者、实施者,二级学院教师及团队是科研工作的承担者,二级学院的科研秘书具体负责学院科研工作的组织管理。科研秘书的综合素质对高校科研工作的顺利开展与质量提升具有十分重要的影响。
Management of university scientific research is to manage scientific research activities of university teachers. Secondary college is the organizer and implementers of scientific research activities in university. Teachers and teams of secondary college are the undertak- ers of scientific research activities. Actually, in secondary college, the scientific research management is ha the charge of scientific man- agement secretary. Therefore, the comprehensive quality of scientific research management secretary affects not only the promotion of quality but also the smooth implementation of university scientific research, so it plays a very important role.
