摘要
间充质干细胞(MSCs)为具有多分化能力且能自我更新复制的骨髓间质细胞,已被多个临床试验证实具有很大的临床应用潜能,可被应用于组织损伤修复,如心肌梗死、脊柱及脑损伤、软骨及骨损伤等。而间充质干细胞"归巢"是其产生生物学效应的前提,因此进一步了解"归巢"机制可以为临床更有效的应用MSCs提供理论依据及有效的移植方法。
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) is bone marrow stromal cell which has various differentiation capacity and can self-renewal duplicate.And it hase great potential clinical application which has been confirmed by many more clinical trials.So can be applied in tissue damage repair,such as myocardial infarction,spinal and brain injury,cartilage and bone damage,etc.And MSCs 'home' is its premise of developing biology effect.Thus further understanding of 'home' mechanism can provide theoretical basis and effective transplantation method more effectively in clinic for application of MSCs.
