摘要
DNA依赖蛋白激酶(DNA-PK)是DNA损伤修复的关键酶。大量研究表明,各种恶性肿瘤中普遍存在DNA-PK表达的变化,提示该酶可作为一种肿瘤标志物,其表达水平不但与肿瘤的发生、发展有关,还与某些肿瘤的病理类型、分期及侵袭性有关,并与肿瘤放射敏感性和预后有重要关系。近年来,关于DNA-PK的研究日益深入,以DNA-PK为靶点的DNA抑制剂作为肿瘤放化疗增敏药有望成为肿瘤诊断和治疗的新靶点。
DNA-dependent protein kinase ( DNA-PK), a key enzyme in DNA repair, has been reported as a tumor marker in many researches since its expression changes in various malignant tumors. The expression of DNA-PK is not only related to the occurrence and progTession of many tumors, but also associated with tumor stages, pathological types and invasion. Furthermore, DNA-PK plays an important role in radio-sensitivity and prognosis of tumor as well. In recent years ,with the development of research on DNA-PK, DNA inhibitor which can inhibit DNA-PK as cancer chemo-radiation sensitizers is expected to be a new target of for tumor diagnosis and treatment.
