全基因组拷贝数变异的检测技术及算法

Advances in Whole-genome CNV Detection Platforms and Tools

摘要 拷贝数变异(copynumbervariation,CNV)是基因组结构变异的一种形式。CNV能够通过改变基因剂量或染色体构象来影响基因表达,进而影响疾病的发生和发展。基因芯片技术与深度测序技术是进行全基因组CNV检测的技术手段。文章综述了各种用于全基因组CNV检测的技术平台以及相应的算法。 Copy number variation (CNV) is one of the types of the genomie structural varia- tions. CNV influences gene expression by changing gene dosage or disrupting genome structure, which is related to the development of common diseases. Microarray technology and sequencing tech- nology are used to detect whole-genome CNVs. In this paper, we summarized the platforms and algorithms for the CNV detection.
