星座链球菌脓胸1例分析 被引量：5

摘要 星座链球菌属于米勒链球菌群（Streptococcus milleri group）,是一种条件致病菌,在机体抵抗力下降时可引起全身各个器官的化脓性感染,国内外相关报道较少,现就我科收住星座链球菌脓胸1例报道如下。1病情介绍患者男性,71岁,退休工人。患者20年前明确诊断为慢性阻塞性肺疾病,2012年3月16日受凉后咳嗽、咳黄浓痰、气喘加重,伴低热,于2012年3月26日入住我科。
