摘要
该文主要用扫描电镜研究不同工作电解液所形成的氧化膜的表面形态,从而研究不同工作电解液与氧化膜之间的变化规律,进而得出工作电解液与氧化膜及其电容器性能之间的相互关系。
In this paper,we have researched the morphology of oxide film which formed by different working electrolyte with SEM,thus,researehed the change law of the different working electrolyte and oxide film,and then,obtained a set of relationships in the working Electrolyte and oxide film and the performance of Capacitor.
