摘要
基于热电偶颗粒测量法,研究多种掺混比例下豆油甲酯的燃烧特性,分析了不同分区火焰的温度特征,并且计算得到了燃烧后的碳烟质量流量;研究了在开式常温常压条件下,豆油甲酯燃烧和碳烟排放的变化规律。研究结果证明:随着豆油甲酯在0#柴油中体积份额的增加,主反应区火焰温度逐渐上升,而碳烟质量流量随之下降。试验和计算为揭示生物柴油的燃烧和排放规律,提供了新的方法和重要的参考。
Based on thermocouple particle deposition test, the combustion characteristics of soyate methyl ester with several mixing proportions were determined. Temperature characteristics of flame in different partitions were analyzed; the soot mass flow rates after combustion were calculated. Combustion and emissions regulations of soyate methyl ester under normal pressure and temperature were summed up. The results indicated that with increasing of soyate methyl ester' s volume fraction in O# diesel oil, flame temperature in the main reaction zone increases, the soot mass flow rates decrease. The test and calculation provide a new valuable method and important reference for revealing combustion and emission regulations of biodesiel.
