摘要
目的:探讨非惊厥性癫痫持续状态发作期临床特点及与之同步的脑电图(EEG)特征。方法:回顾性分析44例经视频脑电图(V—EEG)监测的非惊厥性癫痫持续状态,分析整理其临床以及EEG表现,按照发作部位不同进行分类分析。结果:EEG同步监测对非惊厥性癫痫持续状态的诊断及定位诊断具有不可替代的作用,不同部位起源的非惊厥性癫痫持续状态临床症状表现相似,只能依靠同步EEG监测进行定位诊断,另外同一起源部位,EEG表现亦不尽相同,通过仔细观察EEG背景活动的变化,才能确定癫痫源病灶的部位。结论:V—EEG监测在诊断、鉴别诊断非惊厥性癫痫持续状态具有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the cilnical and EEG characteristics of nonconvulsive status epi- lepticus. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the cilinical and EEG characteristics were performed in 44 cases with nonconvulsive status epilepticus,and the different attack parts ware analyzed. Results:The simi- lar clinical symptoms occurred in different ariginal parts, only relying on synchronous EEG monitoring for diagnosis,and EEG varies in the same original parts. Epileptic sources car be located only by careful observation of changes of EEG background activities. Conclusion: EEG synchronization monitoring played an ,irreplaceable role in diagnosis of the non-convulsive status epilepticus.
