摘要
数值研究了锯齿型径向迷宫密封的密封性能 ,对密封的内部流场进行了有限元模拟 ,展示了节流间隙中有效通流宽度及泄漏介质通流速度随齿插入长度变化的规律 ,得到了不同齿插入长度时的密封性能 ,发现密封性能并不是随着齿插入长度的增加而单调增加 ,而是存在一个最佳的齿插入长度。最佳齿插入长度时 ,尽管此时的节流间隙较宽 ,但由于间隙中流动的强烈偏转 ,使实际的有效通流面积减小 ,泄漏介质在节流间隙中因而可以获得较大的速度 ,所以具有较好的密封性能。在较大间隙下实现良好的密封 ,对于迷宫密封具有非常重要的意义。
seal property of an axisymmetric radial labyrinth seal is numerically studied. Simulation of inner flow field of the labyrinth shows the variation of effective flow area in throttle clearance with tooth insert length, and the seal properties at different tooth insert length are obtained. It is found that the seal property does not always increase with the tooth insert length, but an optimum tooth insert length exists. Under condition of optimum tooth insert length, although the throttle clearance is wider, the effective flow area decrease because of flow deflection and contraction in the clearance, thus discharging media can reach a higher speed in the clearance, and the sealing property increase. It is improtant for labyrinth seal to achieve better seal effect with wider clearance.
