摘要
目的比较经尿道电切联合术中单次吡柔比星膀胱灌注与经尿道电切联合术后长期多次吡柔比星膀胱灌注两种治疗方法的疗效，探讨女性腺性膀胱炎的治疗方法。方法120例女性腺性膀胱炎患者随机分为两组，60例行经尿道电切联合术后多次吡柔比星膀胱灌注，60例行经尿道电切联合术中单次吡柔比星膀胱灌注。随访12—18个月，对症状缓解率、复发率、癌变率、并发症发生率进行统计学分析。结果两组尿频尿急缓解率、下腹胀痛缓解率、血尿缓解率、癌变率及复发率比较无显著差异（P〉O．05）；多次灌注组并发症发生率高于单次灌注组（P〈0．05）。结论就症状缓解、预防复发及癌变而言，两种治疗方法效果相似，但经尿道电切联合术中单次吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗女性腺性膀胱炎，患者痛苦轻、耐受性好、医疗费用低，并发症少。
Objective To compare the efficacy of transurethral electroresection combined with only one time intravesical instillation of pirarubicin （THP） and with postoperative repeatedly THP intravesieal instillation in the treatment of cystitis glandularis in women. Methods A total of 120 patients with cystitis glandularis were randomly divided into two groups. Sixty patients underwent transurethral electroresection combined with postoperative repeatedly intravesical instillation of pirarubicin and 60 received same resection combined with single THP bladder perfusion. Remission rate, relapse rate the rate of cancer, and the incidence of complication were statistically analyzed during 12-18 months follow-up. Results The remission rate of urinary frequency and urgency, lower abdominal pain, hematuria and rate of cancer, relapse rate in two groups were similar （P〉0.05）. However, the complication rate was statistically different in two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The two treatment effects were similar for symptoms relief, prevention of recurrence and cancer. However, the transurethral resection combined with intraoperative single THP bladder instillation for the treatment of women with cystitis glandularis had the advantages： light pain, well tolerated, low cost and low complication rate.
